"Wild Women of all forms, you are welcomed to gather, share, shed and bare all. A celebration of the sacred self, coming together and remembering to come home.

Shedding what does not serve us comes in many forms. This event is held for women to see what comes up to the surface to be healed through these sacred modalities."

What to bring

Dress in comfortable clothes you can move in, extra layers for the sound bath and outdoors are welcome. A yoga mat or sheepskin, blanket and a towel for after our swim. Optional cozy change of clothes for after our swim. It would also be helpful to bring a journal, pen and drinking water. Mug for Cacao and a bowl/ plate and cutlery for supper. 

After the event, we have the option of sharing a supper together. Bring 1 dish for a "pot luck supper".
