Join Sam Sidana and Roxi Peacock at Melancoose Farm & Wild Spa for a Plant Wisdom Immersion Course, a three-day journey into herbal medicine, embodied practice, ritual, and nature connection.

Wednesday 26th, Thursday 27th & Friday 28th August 2026 | Melancoose Farm & Wild Spa, Newquay, Cornwall, UK

For thousands of years, humans have turned to plants for healing, nourishment, guidance and remembrance. Before pharmacies and prescriptions, there were roots, leaves, flowers, resins and seeds. There were remedies passed between generations, rituals woven into daily life, and a deep understanding that we are not separate from nature but part of it.

This Plant Medicine Course is an invitation to return to that relationship.

Over three days, we will explore the foundations of herbal medicine, astro herbilism and aromatic alchemy whilst experiencing the wisdom of plants directly through ceremony, movement, breath, rest and sensory exploration. Blending Sam's expertise in plant medicine and botanical formulations with Roxi's work in yoga, Ayurveda, nervous system regulation and ritual, this immersive experience offers both practical knowledge and embodied understanding.

Together we will learn how plants support the body, mind and spirit, create herbal remedies, develop a deeper relationship with medicinal plants and discover ways to integrate plant wisdom into everyday life.

Held amongst the Cornish beauty at Melancoose, this immersion offers a rare opportunity to slow down, listen deeply and remember your place within the living world.
