WHAT TO BRING
Dress for a yoga class, extra layers for the sound bath and outdoors are welcome. A yoga mat or sheepskin, cushion, blanket and a towel for the sauna (we will attend a private women's naked sauna, but if you prefer to wear a swim suit, you're very welcome). Optional cozy change of clothes for after the sauna. It would also be helpful to bring a journal, pen and drinking water.
